Terms and Condition
1. I understand that a GreenLife Krushitech is as independent representative.
A) I have a rights to purchase products from GreenLife Krushitech at independent price
B) I have rights to offer for sale Green Life products and services with terms and conditions.
C) I have rights to enroll the person in Green Life
D) I will assist, train, and motivate the person of my personal group.
E) I will comply with all federal, state, country, and muncipal laws, ordinances, roles and regulations and shall make all reports and remit all with holdings or other deductions as may be required by any federal, state, country or muncipal laws, ordinances, rules or regulation.
F) I understand that I must keep accurate records of retail sales and Green Life may periodically ask me to provide documentations of such sales to Green Life.
G) In order to eligible to receive bonuses and commissions on the basis of Green Life’s criteria.
H) I will perform my obligations as a independent representative with honesty and integrity.
I) I will use only the sales contracts and order forms, which are provided by Green Life for the same and I will follow all policies and procedure established by Green Life for processing such contracts and orders.
2. I agree to present Green Life marketing and compensation plans, products and services as set forth in official Green Life literature. I will no claims regarding potential income, earning products or services beyond what is stated in Green Life literature. I may not use, produce, create, publish, distribute or obtain from any source other than Green Life any literature, recording, sales or enrollment aids relating to Green Life products, services of Green Life compensation plan. I understand that I may not use or display any Green Life trademark, trade names, service marks, logos, designs or symbols. I may not advertise Green Life products, services or the Green Life opportunity other than through authorized means, without written consent from the company.
3. I agree that a Green Life is independent representative; I am independent contractor and not an employee, agent, partner, legal representatives or franchise of Green Life. I am not authorized to and will not incur any depth expenses obligations or open any checking account on behalf, or in the name of Green Life. I have carefully read and agree to comply with Green Life’s policies and procedures and understand that any representative fails to follow the standard policies and procedures of Green Life, company reserved all the rights to terminate, cancel his/her representative agreement with Green Life. Any representative can not demand claims of profits and property of the company.
4. Any waiver by Green Life of any breach of this agreement must be in writing and signed by authorized person of Green Life. Waiver by Green Life of any breach of this agreement be shall not operate or be construed as a waiver of any subsequent breach.
5. An independent representative will take any grievance first, to the appointed representative, Ethics committee and will fully co operate in any investigation.
6. I understand that 6% of incentive will be deducted for the membership development and to develop distributions for the benefits of all representatives.
7. I understand that there is a deduction of 25 Rs per incentive cycle for processing and posting of my incentive report and cheque (Where applicable)
8. TDS will deducted as applicable.
9. All the transactions will be in Rupees.
10. Company reserve all the rights to change any award, reward or payout benefits in future without any prior intimation.
11. All the disputes subject to the Kolhapur jurisdictions only.
